WIP Wednesday: With Guest Host Stephanie from Quarter Incher

WIP Wednesday at Freshly Pieced
Hi Everyone! My name is Stephanie and I blog over at Quarter Incher. I’m so happy to be sharing this WIP Wednesday with you! I’m an avid reader on Lee’s blog and jumped at the chance to guest host when she offered. I’m so excited I “qualified”…haha.

I’ve been blogging for a year now and it’s been an incredible experience so far! I can’t believe all the fun things I’ve been able to whip up besides quilts. Learning new techniques and skills has been a blast thanks to inspiring blogs such as Lee’s.

I’ve always been drawn to bright colors as long as I could remember. It definitely shows in my work. It seems that a rainbow literally threw up on most of my projects, but I don’t mind! A little color never hurt anyone, right?

After I started blogging I noticed my WIP list getting longer and longer. This is really unusual for me because I like to see a project finished before I start a new one. Doesn’t really seem possible with all the quilty awesomeness going around online though! I keep pinning, bookmarking, “liking” new projects left and right! I can’t keep up with all the projects I want to do…so I therefore have WIPs scattered all over my place.

Here is a Club Medallion Block…err…Border of the Month I’m working on currently. I’ll be receiving the last set of instructions next week and this one will be finished!

I must have gone insane because I decided to start The Single Girl quilt as well! I need to buy the background solid and finish piecing all the curves. Not to mention that I’m planning on hand quilting this one.

And recently I’ve jumped on the Gypsy Wife bandwagon. I just couldn’t help myself. Here are my February blocks for the BOM being hosted by Michelle of Factotum Of Arts.

So there’s a few of my WIPs along with a ton of other projects and swaps I’m involved in. It was wonderful to share some of these projects with you! Have a Happy Wednesday!
